Dorothy's father was William (Guliolius) Mather and her mother was Abiagail Duckworth.  Her paternal grandparents were William (Guliolius) Mather and <unknown>. She had three sisters named Betty, Ann and Alice.  She was the oldest of the four children.  She died at 2 months old in March 1725 in Over Hulton.  She was buried on March 5th, 1725 at St. Mary (Deane).¹
