13 Sep 1832, Larwince and Maria Knowles married at St Peter Bolton. Maria's witness was William Knowkes who was probably her brother.
Lawrence Wroe was Irish and his wife Maria (both 30) lived in Pilkington in 1841 with their children Mary, Richard and John (8,6 & 4).

Maria and Lawrence were married in a religious ceremony on September 30th, 1832 at St. Peter's (Bolton) by minister Thomas Airey and witnessed by William Knowles & James Liptrot.2 The family line is yet to be completed.
