Frank was born in December 1946.1   Frank's father was Frank Hilton and his mother was Hannah Hellawell.  His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Hilton and Mary Ann Percival; his maternal grandparents were William Hellawell and Mary Jane Smith. He had a brother named John. He had a half-brother named Colin.  He died at the age of 71 on August 20th, 2018.
