Ellen Guest

Ellen was born in January 1866 in Astley Bridge and her baptism took place on April 3rd, 1866 at St. Paul's (Astley Bridge).¹²

Ellen's father was Guest Guest and her mother was Martha Ann Eckersley. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William, John, George, Randolph, Ernest, Ann, Lavinia, Maria and Emily. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 67 on May 21st, 1933 in Astley Bridge. Her burial was on May 24th, 1933.³⁴
