General Notes
There are only 4 marriages in England 1817-21 (before Prudence was born). Of the four, two are in Yorkshire and the Beswick marriage seems the most likely as it is only a few miles from Beverley where Mary was born. Also, there was a Prudence Dunn visiting in 1851, which was therefore probably Mary's younger sister or her cousin.
Mary and William were married in a religious ceremony on March 1st, 1819 in Beswick.3
