Based on "Rebecca Gravell" tree, John Crofts was born 24 Mar 1832 in Wales. Married Ellen Rothwell in Eccles in 1855 and emigrated to Bingham, Idaho, USA.
John aged 8 in 1841 was 18 in 1851, born Mold, with parents Joseph and Sarah Wainright.
In 1851 John Crofts (unmarried, 21), was at Broughton with parents Joseph a labourer and Barbara (56 and 61).
In 1871, John and Ellen (37 & 32) were at Morgan, Utah, USA with 7 children. From the childrens births we can tell they were in England in 1855, then Pennsylvania in 1857, followed by Illinois (1857-62) and then Utah from 1855.
In 1900, John and Ellen (68 & 63) were at
Basalt, Blackfoot Precincts, Bingham, Idaho, USA with sons Wilford and Robert.
