Francis Cooper

Francis was born on January 31st, 1912 in Preston. Francis' father was Francis R Cooper and his mother was Elizabeth A Oldham. His paternal grandparents were Richard Cooper and Maria Hemmingway. He was an only child. He died at the age of 84 on December 22nd, 1996 in Preston.¹
