John Evan Ames 
John was born in 1896. John's father was Evan Ames and his mother was Mary (Polly) Ann Halliday. His maternal grandparents were George Halliday and Sarah Massey. He had a brother and a sister, named Benjamin and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 58 in 1954.General Notes
