Philippe was born in 1590 in St-Malo de Randonnay, Tourouvre, Perche and his christening took place there in 1600.  Philippe's father was Louis Tremblay and his mother was Nicole Inconnue.  His paternal grandfather was Galien Tremblay and his paternal grandmother is <Unknown>.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 52 on November 17th, 1642 in St-Malo de Randonnay, Tourouvre, Perche.
