William was born on February 7th, 1851.  William's father was William Price and his mother was Susan Pickrell.  His paternal grandfather was Edmond Price; his maternal grandfather is Levi Pickrell. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Stephen, James, Adaline and Mary. He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Henry, Elizabeth, Sarah, Susan and Anna.  He died at the age of 79 on October 19th, 1930.

‌William and Mary were married on December 12th, 1872.  They had two sons and four daughters, named Martin, Bud, Ora, Nancy, Estella and Lelia.
