Margaret was born in 1045 in Wessex, England.1   Margaret's father was Edward Wessex and her mother was Agatha.  Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Wessex and Ealdgyth.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 48 on November 16th, 1093 in Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh, Mid-Lothian, Scotland.1
