John Stevens 
John was born on December 8th, 1765 in Sheffield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts.1 John's father was Ebenezer Stevens Sr and his mother was Sophia. His paternal grandparents were Richard Stephens and Sarah Harker. He had two brothers and a sister, named Richard, Ebenezer and Mary. He died at the age of 65 on September 19th, 1831 in Grafton, Rensselaer County, New York. He was buried in Sand Lake, Rensselaer County, New York.1 1 General Notes
