Phineas Stephens 
Phineas was born on April 8th, 1794.1 Phineas' father was Col John Stephens and his mother was Olive Franklin. His paternal grandparents were Uriah Stephens and Martha Rathbone. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Uriah, Elias, John, Alexander, Daniel, Franklin, Frederick, Cynthia and Pamelia.General Notes

Note: Hila Stephens page indicates she married Phineas Stevens Jr. but he can't be a Jr. unless he wasn't the son of John and was instead the Phineas, John's brother. For now I will remove the Jr. until this is clarified with other sources.
