Patience was born on August 30th, 1716 and her baptism took place on November 12th, 1716.1 Patience's father was Richard Stephens and her mother was Sarah Harker. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Stephens Sr and Elizabeth Gallup; her maternal grandparents were John Harker and Patience Fowler. She had three brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John, Richard, Ebenezer, Sarah, Mary, Hepzibah, Hannah and Prudence.General Notes
