Her paternal grandparents were John Rogers and Katherine Weston; her maternal grandparents were Andrew Luttrell and Margaret Wyndham. She had a brother and four sisters, named John, Honora, Margaret, Eleanor and Sarah. She was the third youngest of the six children.-
