Hugh was born in 1057 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.1   Hugh's father was King Henri Capet (France) and his mother is AHHA RPOCNABHA KNeBCKaR (Kiev).  His paternal grandparents are Robert Capet and Constance Arles.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 45 on October 18th, 1102 in Tarsus, Icel, Turkey.1
