Lambert was born in 1022 in Lens, Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France.1   Lambert's father was Eustace Boulogne and his mother is Mathilde Louvain.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 32 in August 1054 in Lille, Nord, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France.1
