Shmuel Menakhem NISAN

Shmuel was born on July 22nd, 1977.  Shmuel's father is Ezra Meir NISAN and his mother is Nomie Tefkha YAACOV.  His paternal grandparents are Avraham and Najia; his maternal grandparents are Salomon YAACOV and Rachel. He has four brothers and four sisters, named Shimon, Mordechay, Israel, Shlomo, Rachel, Leah, Sarah and Ester.  He is the fifth oldest of the nine children.
