Helena Iochewed GLICENSTEIN

Helena was born on February 26th, 1883 in Lutomiersk, Poland.  Helena's father was Israel Baruch GLICENSTAJN and her mother was Malka GLICKSMAN.  Her paternal grandparents were Abraham Hirsz GLICENSTAJN and Taube LIPSKI; her maternal grandparents were Wolf GLIKSMAN and Lisl GELBARD. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named Majer, Szmul, Josef, Simon, Jakob, Wolf, Szlama, Mojsie, Janek, Sura and Minia.  She was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.  She died in the Holocaust at the age of 59 on April 2nd, 1942 in Lodz, Poland.
