Joe was born on September 8th, 1914 in Czestochowa, Poland. Joe's father was Abraham FROMER and his mother was Sally Sarah KLAJMAN. His paternal grandparents were Binem FROMER and Hannah. He had two brothers and a sister, named Emil, Leon and Tusia. He died at the age of 97 on April 3rd, 2012 in Sydney, Australia.-
