Alexander Stevens

Alexander was born on May 11th, 1803 in Lummen.  Alexander's father was Henry Stevens and his mother was Anne Elisabeth Gaethofs.  His maternal grandparents were Joannes Gaethofs and Helena Buntings. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Bernard, Charles, Charles, Pierre, Charles, Marie Catharinne, Therese, Anne Marie and Caroline.  He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.  He died  due to Fuselier bij de derde compagnie infaterie at the age of 19 on May 8th, 1823 in Maastricht  garnizoens hospitaal.
