Ludovica, known as Louisa, was born on November 9th, 1837 in Paal.  Louisa's father was Sebastiaan  Vanderheyden and her mother was Marie Elisabeth Meyen.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 41 on January 5th, 1879 in Paal.

‌Louisa and Carolus Charles were married in a religious ceremony on February 18th, 1857 in Paal.  They had two sons and five daughters, named Josephus, Pieter Jan, Rosalia Seraphina, Maria Philomena, Regina, Maria Catherina Mathilda and Maria Clara.
