Maria Gathofs (Gaethofs) (In de Küde) 
Maria was born in 1725 in Meeuwen and her baptism took place there on February 2nd, 1725. Maria's father was Egidius Gaethofs and her mother was Catharina Indekeu (IN DE KUIJE). Her paternal grandparents were Joannes Gaethofs and Gertrudis Loys. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Clemens, Joannes, Gertrudis, Christina, Helena, Catherina and Maria. She died at the age of 66 on June 3rd, 1791 in Genk.
Maria and Petrus were married in a religious ceremony on April 28th, 1751 in Meeuwen. They had five sons and two daughters, named Jacobus, Egidius, Henricus, Hubertus, Joannes, Catharina and Christina.

Jacobus Paulissen
Jacobus was born on July 14th, 1751 in Meeuwen and his baptism took place there on July 14th, 1751. He died at the age of 70 on April 22nd, 1822 in Genk.
Catharina Paulissen
Catharina was born on April 6th, 1754 in Genk and her baptism took place there on May 6th, 1754. She died at the age of 79 on July 1st, 1833 in Zutendaal.
Egidius Paulissen
Egidius was born in 1756 in Genk and his baptism took place there on January 27th, 1756.
Christina Paulissen
Christina was born in 1760. She died at the age of 40 on December 8th, 1800 in Genk.
Henricus Paulissen
Henricus was born on January 7th, 1762 in Genk and his baptism took place there on January 7th, 1762.1 He died at the age of 50 on May 2nd, 1812 in Genk Camerlo.1
Hubertus Paulissen
Hubertus was born in 1764 in Genk and his baptism took place there on November 3rd, 1764.
Joannes Paulissen
Joannes was born in 1767 in Genk and his baptism took place there on October 28th, 1767.
