Silvain was born on July 29th, 1942 in Nijlen. Silvain 's father was Van den Broeck, Franciscus Paulina Albert and his mother was KEYNEN , Stephanie Catharina . His maternal grandparents were Keynen , Ludovicus Augustinus and BROES , Mathildis .
