Jacobus was born on January 13th, 1778 in Lier. Jacobus 's father is SUBDIAU , Jacobus Fernandus and his mother is Janssens , Maria Catharina . His paternal grandfather was SUBDIAU , Martinus and his paternal grandmother is Schueremans , Anna Theresia . He had two brothers and three sisters, named Franciscus , Joannes , Maria , Petronella and Maria . He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 5 on November 9th, 1783 in Lier.
