Jozef was born on May 16th, 1944 in Schelle. Jozef 's father was Ielegems , Albert Desideer and his mother is DE RIDDER, Maria Celina Louisa. His maternal grandparents were De Ridder , Corneel Frans and BROES , Maria Stephania. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Louis , Frans , Cyriel , Kamiel , Leopold , Leonie , Livina , Joanna , Marie , Marcelina and Mariette . He is the sixth oldest of the twelve children.
