Louis was born on August 25th, 1947 in Putte. Louis 's father is Hoegaerts , Florentinus Adolphe and his mother is BROES , Maria Louisa Florentia. His maternal grandparents were BROES , Joannes Franciscus and Broes , Maria Theresia Leonia . He has three brothers and five sisters, named Jozef , Marcus , Dirk , Lea , Maria , Rita , Paula and Anna . He is the fourth oldest of the nine children.
