Leopold was born on June 21st, 1938 in Nijlen. Leopold's father was De Doncker , Augustinus and his mother is KEYNEN , Maria Rosalia . His maternal grandparents were Keynen , Isidorus Leopoldus and BROES , Maria Juliana . He has four sisters named Marie-Josée , Rosa , Annie and Jozefa . He is the oldest of the five children.
