Maria was born on July 21st, 1861 in Borgerhout. Maria 's father is BROERS , Jean Charles and her mother is Mertens , Joanna . Her paternal grandfather was BROERS , Norbertus and her paternal grandmother is Rutgeerts , Maria Christina . She had three brothers and three sisters, named Joannes , Josephus , Jacobus , Maria , Agnes and Isabella . She is the fourth oldest of the seven children.
