Keith Robert was born in 1940.  Keith Robert's father was Ralph Macillus Gentry and his mother was Ruth Evelyn DeWolf.  His paternal grandparents were Winfred Gentry and Pearl Ethen Azbill.  He is the sixth of eleven children.  He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Winfred Leroy, Jack Dean, Raymond Lee, Roy Irvin, Richard Paul, Walter Ronald, James Gorden, Freeda Neva, Sheryl Kay and Connie Sue.
