Theodorus was born on September 27th, 1787 in Duiven.1  Theodorus' father was Henricus Staring and his mother was Gertrudis Arnts / Arnds. He had a brother named Cornelius.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 31 on April 19th, 1819 in Duiven.2
