Klaas Bart

Klaas was born in 1834. Klaas' father was Dirk Sijmonsz Bart (Slachter, slager, koopman) and his mother was Geertje (Grietje) Spoor. His paternal grandparents were Sijmon Joosten Bart (Visser) and Trijntje Claas Klaas / Klaasd Groot; his maternal grandparents were Klaas Cornelisz Spoor and Lucretia Jansz de Groot. He had five brothers and a sister, named Dirk, Cornelis, Pieter, Sijmen, Krelis and Trijntje. He had a half-brother named Jacob. He died at the age of 60 on January 9th, 1894 in Schellinkhout.¹
