Anneken was born on July 11th, 1762 in Zelhem. Anneken's father was Lammert  Wossink / Wolzink and her mother was Aaltjen Wossink. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Marten, Hendrikus, Hendrik Jan, Hendriets and Geesken.  She was the second youngest of the six children.
