1807-12-20 Dirk van Willem Jansz Pik en Reinautje van Reen
Dirk was born in December 1807 in Graft and his baptism took place there on December 20th, 1807.1  Dirk's father was Willem Jansz Pik and his mother was Rijntje Rijnoutje / Rijnoudje van Reen.  His paternal grandparents were Jan Willemsz Pik and Lijsbet Simons Kil; his maternal grandparents were Sietze / Sijtse Jansz van Reen and Tetje Hansens / Hanses Verduin. He had two brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Sietze / Sietse, IJsbrand, Lijsbeth / Elisabeth, Tetjen / Teetje and Pik.  He was the third youngest of the six children. He had a half-brother named Jan.  He died at the age of 2 in 1809.
