Trijntje was born in 1806.  Trijntje's father was Engel Molenaar and her mother was Geertje Verwer.  Her maternal grandparents were Lourens Verwer and Anna Rekers. She had two sisters named Anna and Antje.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 6 on May 15th, 1812 in De Rijp.
