Pieter was born on August 29th, 1745 in Alkmaar and his baptism took place there on August 29th, 1745.1  Pieter's father was Anton /  Antonij Katon / Caton and his mother was Anna Pieters. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Dirk, Pieternelletje, Harmanus, Harmanus, Pieter, Jannetje, Caspertje and Jannetje.  Harmanus and Pieter were twins.  He died before 1751.
