Sijtje was born about 1813.  Sijtje's father was Cornelis Ham and her mother was Maartje Zinger / Singer.  Her paternal grandparents were Jan Ham and Sijtje Dekker; her maternal grandparents were Hendrik Zinger and Mientje Jacobs.  She was an only child.  She died on December 2nd, 1874 in Venhuizen.1
