Taylor was born on October 23rd, 1957.  Taylor's father was Dr Asher Holden.  His paternal grandparents were Lyle Holden and Bernice Holden.  He was an only child.  He died in an accident or as a result of an injury at the age of 52 on February 5th, 2010.  The funeral took place on February 11th, 2010.  He was buried on February 11th, 2010.
