Col Ira Clinton Welborn 
Ira was born on February 13th, 1874. Ira's father was James Lawrence Welborn and his mother was Tabitha Welch (Welborn). His paternal grandparents were Aaron Welborn and Lucy Stevenson (Welborn). He was an only child. He died at the age of 82 on July 13th, 1956. He was buried at the Biloxi National Cemetery.Death Notes
