Howard Russell WITNEY 
Howard was born in 1913 in Cohuna, VIC.1 Howard's father was Edward James WITNEY and his mother was Elizabeth Amy GRIMES. His paternal grandparents were Arthur Beniah WITNEY and Isabella Ann BARTON. He had three brothers named Clifford, Alan and Ormond. He was the second youngest of the four known children. He died at the age of 53 in 1966 in VIC.2 -
