Dorothy Irene Ada WEST

Dorothy was born on April 18th, 1909 in Ridleyton Blocks, SA.¹   Dorothy's father was Lyndhurst Stanley Hill WEST and her mother was Emily Esther MANIFOLD.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Stanley WEST and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Walter MANIFOLD and Ellen MATTHEWS. She had a brother and three sisters, named Lyndhurst, Myrtle, Maudie and Ellen.  She was the third oldest of the five children.
