Anne BURTON

Anne was born on June 23rd, 1867 in Echunga, SA.¹   Anne's father was James BURTON and her mother was Mary HOUGH.  Her paternal grandparents were William BURTON and Esther GILBERT; her maternal grandparents were William HOUGH and Ann CHARLTON. She had five sisters named Marion, Emily, Mary, Matilda and Hannah.  She was the oldest of the six children.
