George Thomas BURGESS

George was born on August 3rd, 1879 in Milang, SA.¹   George's father was Edward BURGESS and his mother was Annie GRIFFIN (GRIFFEN).  His paternal grandparents were Thomas BURGESS and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were George GRIFFIN and <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named Edward, Edith and Alice.  He was the oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 70 on March 19th, 1950 in Brompton, Adel, SA.²
