James Eltham BANKS

James was born on March 26th, 1887 in Kingston, SA.¹   James' father was James BANKS and his mother was Elizabeth Donaldson GIBSON.  His paternal grandparents were Arthur BANKS and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were James GIBSON and Ellen DONALDSON. He had four brothers and a sister, named Ivo, Hugh, Melville, Hubert and Isabella.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 74 on May 31st, 1961 in Brighton, Adelaide, SA.²
