Arthur Henry ALLEN

Arthur was born on December 29th, 1863 in Clare, SA.¹   Arthur's father was Joseph ALLEN and his mother was Mary Ann HEATH. He had three brothers named Charles, William and John.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
