Paul was born on March 29th, 1932. Paul's father was Clifford Maurice LOCKS and his mother was Blanche Alice BALL. His paternal grandparents were John (DARNEY) George LOCKS and Florence (Dooney) Jessie TOMS; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Frederick BALL and Alice Elizabeth JONES. He had two brothers and a sister, named Clive, Rodney and Diana. He was the oldest of the four children. He died due to pneumonia at the age of 85 on December 21st, 2017.
