Ethel (Biddy) was born on August 14th, 1905. Ethel (Biddy)'s father was Frank Rice LOCKS and her mother was Ethel Dagman GREEVES. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas George LOCKS and Suzannah Elizabeth DAWSON. She had a sister named Kathleen. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 83 in September 1988.
