William Dean BLIGH ("Locks")

William was born on December 26th, 2001.  William's father is Justin Dean BLIGH ("Locks") and his mother is Tracy LAWRENCE.  His paternal grandparents are BLIGH and Marilyn Shelagh ANGIER. He has two sisters named Emily and Megan.  He is the youngest of the three children. He has a half-brother and a half-sister, named Harry and Amy-May.
