Penelope, known as Penny, was born on October 31st, 1942.  Penny's father was Dr Harri (Bevan) BEVAN JONES and her mother was Muriel Gladys ROWETT.  Her paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Frederick (Fred) Joseph Lancaster ROWETT and Lily Mattie LOCKS. She has a brother and two sisters, named Bruce, Hilary and Tessa.  She is the second oldest of the four children.
