Josephine A. TOMAN 
Josephine A. was born on November 25th, 1867 in Bystice, (Jihlava), Moravia, Czechoslovakia.1 Josephine A.'s father was John TOMAN and her mother was Antonia ZITKA. Her paternal grandparents were Jan (John) TOMAN and Josepha (Josephine) ZABRSA; her maternal grandfather is Michael ZITKA. She had six brothers and a sister, named Anton J., Joseph, Frank, Edward, John Joseph, Julius Michael and Emalie (Emma). She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died due to Pernicious Anemia at the age of 69 on June 21st, 1937 in Plattsmouth, Cass, Nebraska, America.1 General Notes

Born at her house #29, on street #8.Baptized the same day at the church
rectory. Supposably 11 years old when she came to America.
She lived with her brother, Edward for many years. In later years, she suffered
from pernicious anemia. The service was June 23, 1937 at the Holy Rosary Church. A message was received from her brother, Julius, in Oregon, that he was on his way. So on Friday, June 25, 1937, she was laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Some of the info from obit.
